Gazprom asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to increase subsidies
The head of the Gazprom board of directors, Viktor Zubkov, asked President Vladimir Putin to provide additional subsidies for the development of the NGV fuel market. In particular, he proposes to double up to 1.4 billion rubles. a subsidy for the transfer of vehicles to gas equipment per year.

In his address to the President, Viktor Zubkov asks to equalize subsidies for the production of machines running on compressed gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG). Now the subsidy for a large class bus on CNG is 1.19 million rubles, for LNG - 3.4 million rubles, which reduces the number of potential buyers of vehicles for CNG and reduces interest in production.

In addition, Mr. Zubkov complains about the difficulty in converting equipment to gas due to the new GOST. The President "agreed" with the proposals, and the Ministry of Energy also supported them.
