26 July 2024 exhibitor in focus This spring, MViF presented its new development - Satellite Post for fuelling vehicles with LNG. So far, seven such posts with the following characteristics have already been assembled and shipped: Working medium: LNG Working medium pressure: up to 1.6 MPa Working medium temperature: from -165 to +50 °C Nominal flow rate of the working medium: 150 l/min Weight: up to 200 kg Measurement of LNG, LNG vapour and air pressure is performed by instrumentation and control system using pressure transducers and pressure gauges mounted in the casing of the Satellite Post. The enclosure, which is a welded space frame with removable panels made of AISI 304 stainless steel, houses the following components: Fittings, which includes a high-tech fuelling device CryoMac 3, which has proven itself in both the global and Russian LNG markets. The CryoMac 3 is equipped with a patented locking device that prevents premature disconnection of the gun from the container being filled and ensures the safety of the refuelling process. (It is important to note that our Satellite Post does not include actuated valves and electrical signalling of the ‘open’ and ‘close’ end positions, but instead uses a check valve that automatically responds to LNG vapour shut-off). Earthing device with indication and start-up interlock, providing vehicle earthing control and refuelling safety. Power and control cabinet, which includes operator graphic panel, UZA power supply unit, heater, thermostat, DC power supply unit, and switching terminals with external system and external equipment. Indication and control panel. Communication with the operator panel is carried out via Modbus RTU protocol. Stainless steel pipework. High-tech filling metal hoses produced by our company withstand cyclic effects of internal pressure, numerous twists and temperature changes occurring during operation. The Satellite Post allows to carry out refuelling either by connection of two hoses with a separate channel for LNG vapour extraction or by refuelling with a single refuelling gun. In case of the single gun scheme, the LNG vapours are discharged through the gun first, and then the refuelling process takes place. The Satellite Post has all the necessary explosion protection markings, as well as a certificate of conformity to the Customs Union (EAS) technical regulation TR TS 012/2011 ‘On the safety of equipment for operation in explosive atmospheres’. Visit GasSuf exhibition from 22 to 24 October 2024 at Crocus Expo IEC. Participating companies will present gas filling and gas fuelling equipment. Get e-ticket
