From 17 to 19 October, ECC Sokolniki in Moscow will host GasSuf 15th Anniversary International Exhibition of NGV and Refuelling Equipment. The event is organised by ITE Group leading in the Russian market of exhibition services.
GasSuf is Russia’s largest international exhibition, a venue for the industry’s leading companies to show their NGV and refuelling equipment. It is annually visited by company executives; specialists, procurement decision-makers representing logistic, service and leasing companies; carmakers; dealer autocentres; companies in various industrial sectors, having their own vehicle fleet; retail companies selling compressed natural gas equipment, equipment for gas refuelling (GRS) and CNG filling stations (CNGFS), and automotive parts.
This year, the number of exhibitors has increased by 10% and their geography has extended – more than 50 companies from 11 countries will showcase their technological solutions in the NGV fuel area and the Russian NGV fuel market trends. First-time participants of the exhibition will be more than 15 Russian and foreign companies, including: Eco Gas Trading, LANDI RENZO, Vehicle Fleet No. 1 Spetstrans, D.V.S. Eko, Kirovsky Zavod Gas Technologies, Mir Gaza, MotoGaz, NTA-prom, TH Eurasia Service and others.
The exhibitors will present equipment in the following sections:
-
Compressed Natural Gas Equipment: Gazpart, DPO Plastik, Marafon, Mir Gaza, Plasma Technologies, REZOL Avtogaz, Russian Cylinders, Auto-Gaz Centrum, Global Gas Group, Groz, Landi Renzo, Mv&F, Tegas and others;
-
CNG Refuelling Equipment: EVROGALS, Kirovsky Zavod Gas Technologies, Lenpromavtomatika, LPGroup, MGPZ (Moscow Gas Refinery Plant), Mikrometan, MotoGaz, NPK NIKA, Graf S.P.A., Fornovo Gas, and Schwelm Anlagentechnik GmbH;
-
NGVs: Vehicle Fleet No. 1 Spetstrans, D.V.S. Eko, Gaz Group Commercial Vehicles, Gas Group Russian Buses.
Gaz Group Commercial Vehicles will present a new model of special-purpose machinery – a mobile repair shop based on the GAZon NEXT CNG medium duty truck. The truck is equipped with the latest domestic gas engine YaMZ-534, running on compressed natural gas (methane), for freight, passenger, agricultural and road-building machinery. 150–312HP Euro 5 medium in-line CNG engines YaMZ-530 with Euro-6 upgrade potential involve top-notch design, control and operation solutions, which results in their high reliability and fuel efficiency.
Vehicle Fleet No. 1 Spetstrans will show ISUZU-based rear-loading garbage collection truck running on a mixed fuel type. To ensure stable and safe operation, the company has developed and implemented mixed feeding systems (gas diesel engines). Making use of the mixed fuel feeding technology in cities may substantially reduce emissions of solid particles and other noxious agents giving rise to smog.
D.V.S. Eko will present the VIKHR DVS-4293 bus running on gas. The bus is equipped with a 250HP CNG (methane) CUMMINGS engine and ALLISON T280R automatic gearbox. Five gas bottles of 1,175l in total volume disposed at the top of the bus are sunk in a recess, which largely improves the bus appearance.
Russian Cylinders LLC will showcase a range of innovative gas transport solutions for transportation and storage of compressed natural and industrial gas.
A first-time exhibitor of GasSuf is LANDI RENZO (Italy) that will offer to the Russian market a wide range of gas systems for conversion of vehicles to burn liquefied and compressed natural gas.
REZOL Avtogaz, an authorised Lovato distributor, will show a complete range of systems and components of CNG equipment to allow the use of propane and methane as alternatives to gasoline and diesel fuel. All components are designed by the company in-house by using its own research centre, quality and development systems.
Gazpart 95 will make a presentation of Russia’s first federal network of gas services Gas Point. The Company’s representatives will talk about the project’s philosophy and business model, the number of opened service centres and plans for the future. The company will also showcase STAG 500 DIS, a new system representing the 7th generation of CNG equipment. This is a multivalve without a pump, which requires no remaking of the high pressure fuel pump and allows adjustment and installation to be carried out by analogy with the 4th generation. Visitors will be able to see this equipment on a real vehicle.
DPO Plastik will introduce specialists to a new project for manufacturing high pressure gas cylinders to store and transport compressed natural gas. This is a joint project implemented in cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. The project calls for the manufacture of gas cylinders for buses, special-purpose machinery, cars, and gas fuelling facilities. Its advantages include not only the predicted high cost efficiency, but also the focus on manufacturing innovative, high tech products.
JSC MGPZ will present gaseous fire suppression modules using the gas fire extinguishing composition Inergen, a unique gas fire extinguishing agent for fires of classes A, B and C; autonomous gas supply modules, gas storage accumulators, maintenance services for metal composite / steel vehicle-mounted gas cylinders, and other equipment.
Business Programme
The business programme on the first exhibition day will include the conference Innovation Projects Aimed at Wider Use of Natural Gas as a Motor Fuel for Passenger Transport, Vehicles, Road-Building and Agricultural Machinery organised in conjunction with GEIU (Gas Engine Industry Union). The conference will include a market overview and address the issues of growth prospects for NGV industry, document management standards and recording modifications in vehicles to allow the use of gas as a motor fuel, conversion of municipal vehicles and passenger transport to natural gas fuel as exemplified by Moscow and Saint Petersburg, development of the CNGFS / GRS infrastructure, and some other issues.
The second exhibition day is scheduled for a seminar of Gazpart 95 presenting the STAG 500 DIS 7th generation gas system.
